Meet Anna Shuller
I have always had an innate desire to help others and truly get to know people’s stories. The best part of being a therapist is not only being able to walk with people through their past hurts, shame, and guilt, but also witness their resilience and growth, and celebrate their successes. I know what it’s like to feel trapped by the past, stuck in that darkness not knowing how to get out, all while feeling alone. The good news is you are not alone; looking at this page is a great step towards change! I will meet you exactly where you’re at, and provide a safe and compassionate space where you can be truly seen and heard. My goal is to guide you towards realizing your inherent worth and growth potential.
Issues I work with are: trauma (abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, parental substance use and neglect), depression, anxiety, aggression, defiance/behavioral issues, parental conflict, relationship issues, family conflict, substance use issues, grief, and life transitions and adjustment concerns. My experience has been primarily working with adolescents, parents, families, and young adults in many different settings. I am trained in and may use TF-CBT, DBT, CBT, and/or MDFT treatment modalities based on what your needs are.
We will look at your whole picture to uncover patterns, beliefs, experiences, past hurts, and other influences in your life that may have had an impact. I will also provide practical tools that you can implement to start helping yourself feel better.
Most importantly, you will always be the expert on you!

Meet Rachel Hiraldo
I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2007 because I love seeing deep and long-lasting healing and change occur in people. I have seen the subsequent ripple effect as each person who changes for the better actually impacts countless more lives of current and future family, friends, and children. Being invited to play a part in that process is incredibly rewarding and a great honor to me.
Throughout the course of my career I have worked with depression, anxiety, family, peer and partner relationship issues, women’s issues, Hispanic populations, domestic violence, sexual assault and abuse, grief, compassion fatigue, disordered eating, codependency, anger and stress management, self-esteem, spiritual exploration and formation, jaded Christians, life adjustment issues and more. Treating anxiety and related disorders including phobias and panic is my area of specialization.
Additionally, I took a sabbatical from counseling for a few years and worked as a Director of Communications for a tech startup, and as an Account Manager in an international digital marketing agency. Being in these varied business settings working with small to Fortune 100 companies and hundreds of contacts and coworkers has afforded me a unique understanding of the pressures of today’s business landscape, which then informs my approach with business professionals.
Now, as the founder of Vivify Counseling and Wellness, I get the opportunity to utilize both my business and counseling skills. Vivify is growing and giving space for more clinicians to help meet the increased demand for quality therapy services in the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati area.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the State of Kentucky and Ohio. Additionally, I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I offer in-person sessions in English and Spanish to the Greater Cincinnati area from my office in downtown Covington, Kentucky, and online teletherapy to anyone in Kentucky and Ohio.

Do you feel stuck? Have you had a traumatic life event(s), not a great childhood, death in the family, divorce, etc., that has been hard to ‘get over’? Do you feel like you are not fully in control of your life?
Hi! My name is Heather, and I was there for 40 years. After a tumultuous childhood with a verbally abusive father and codependent mother, which resulted in divorce when I was 6 years old, I never felt safe. I had no idea how to regulate my emotions. I ended up with a speech impediment, a horrible temper, and weight gain from using food as comfort, as well as a way to numb the pain I was feeling. I went to my first therapist when I was 10 years old. Each decade of my life seemed to bring on new issues and things that I didn’t know how to deal with, because of my dysregulated nervous system that had me in constant fight or flight mode. I had trust and abandonment issues. I had horrible knee issues associated with the instability in my life. I did so much work in my psyche/head - therapy, listening to podcasts, reading books, praying, meditating, talking about it endlessly - only to still feel stuck. I didn’t feel fully alive, and I didn’t feel that I had agency over my life. I was at the mercy of my wounds.
It wasn’t until I found Somatic Breathwork™ in 2023, that things started to get ‘unstuck’. It was the missing puzzle piece for me, and has been described as the same by many. How could this be? How was I finally able to breakthrough so many blockages just by breathing?! It’s because our bodies are brilliant and perfect. Our body keeps the score, and it holds the keys to our innate nature. The body knows the way to healing. I had been numb for 44 years. Once I shut up my psyche (your mind really can be such an annoying roommate sometimes), and dropped into my soma/body, a whole new world opened up. And that stuck feeling was GONE! I now have control over my emotions, I know how to drop into my body to find answers, and I allow for the innate healing to happen, as my body knows better than my ego.
When I started having so much success with this modality, I knew I had to learn how to share it with others. I received my Somatic Breathwork™ Practitioner Certificate in May 2024, and I am heading to Austin for further Hands-On Training in June 2024. My passion and purpose have been revealed in doing my own work, and I am thrilled to be able to share it with as many people as possible, by holding a safe space for you to connect to your breath, listen to your innate nature, and journey to become your most authentic self. Conscious breathing teaches us to be the pilot of our body, not just a passenger. It’s time to take control, and release all that is not serving you!

Meet Aislinn Baldi
I have always been a helper and have been fascinated with the brain and psychology. Counseling has been a natural way to integrate my interest in neuroscience with a desire to see people experience freedom from the things holding them back in life.
This work allows me to witness the human spirit in real time. I see people fighting for their lives, for their dreams, for their healing and it is a joy and privilege. Counseling is also a way for me to love people, show unconditional acceptance, and communicate everyone’s inherent worth. There is no greater privilege than walking with someone as they come out of their shame, burdens, and fears and begin walking in their authentic self toward the life they want to build.
I believe everyone deserves a space to be seen, heard, and known. Therapy engages your most vulnerable hurts and hopes, and I aim to provide a safe, judgment-free space for you to reach your goals.
My work is focused on dismantling shame, building healthy identity, and improving functioning through a variety of issues, including:
- Anxiety
- Sexual Addictions (Only taking female SA clients at
this time)
- Eating Disorders
- Boundaries
- Betrayal Trauma
- Couples’ Issues.
- Spiritual Formation (At your request, to the extent
you are comfortable)
- Life Transitions (i.e. Divorce, Empty Nesting, Job
Changes)
Sometimes this process involves an uncovering of patterns, beliefs, or wounds that might be holding you back from the life you want to live.
Working holistically, we will examine many different contributors to your concerns, including your emotional, relational, physiological, environmental, spiritual, and psychological experiences.
You are always viewed as the expert on your life, and your autonomy is always respected.
